Nature Calls: Women's Retreats, Yoga, and the Call of the Wild.

Hello and welcome back! 🌿✨ After a bit of a hiatus, I'm thrilled to be back sharing adventures and insights with you! Whether you’re looking to find tranquility in nature, expand your outdoor skills, or explore wellness practices that ground and rejuvenate, you’ve come to the right place. This year, I'm all about focusing on connecting more deeply with ourselves and the great outdoors. So dust off your hiking boots, unroll your yoga mat, and let’s get ready to explore the natural world together :)

What's new:

As I gear up for an awesome getaway to Moab, Utah this spring, I’ve been busy reimagining my women’s retreats based on your fantastic suggestions! I’m experimenting with some innovative retreat ideas that blend wellness and creativity (think yoga, art, writing) with the spirit of choose-your-own-adventure (think camp for adults)! To fine-tune these offerings, I'm setting off on a creative writing retreat in the Poconos shortly, followed by a tailored women's camp in the Pennsylvania Wilds. I’m thrilled to see how these trips unfold!

I’d love your input: Which type of retreat intrigues you the most? Are there specific activities you’re eager to try? Any particular destinations you’re dreaming of? Let’s make these retreats perfect, together!

Practice yoga with me:

I'm thrilled to announce that this summer, I'll be leading two "Yoga on the Lake" sessions at the stunning Shepherd-Myers Reservoir in Hanover, Pennsylvania. Set against the backdrop of serene water, these classes will feature a flow-style yoga sequence with plenty of sun salutations and heart openers, suitable for yogis of all levels.

Yoga on the Lake

Location: Shepherd-Myers Reservoir, Hanover, PA

Time: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Dates: Sunday, June 2nd and Sunday, July 28th

Cost: $15 per class (drop-in)

Extra Fun: Let’s plan to go on a hike afterwards! It’s a perfect way to continue enjoying the beauty of the outdoors together.

I can’t wait to see you all soon—please let me know if you’re coming, so we can make the most of this beautiful setting together. Hope to connect with you soon, either on the mat or the trail!
