Celebrate the Return of the Light
Winter Solstice Yoga
75 minute Yoga Class
The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, followed by the return of the sun and longer days! It's a time to celebrate new beginnings and the light within ourselves and each other.
This year the solstice falls just two days after the Cold Moon, the last full moon of the month. Both of these solar events represent a time of transformation—the onset of new beginnings and releasing of anything that doesn't serve you.
The solstice offers a magical time for you to reflect and pause, a time for you to gather thoughts you've been collecting and put them together to create a new beginning.
8 Sarya Namaskars
108 poses in all
This is a free yoga class and will be live streamed in our FB group, Yoga for Core Strength & Fitness, and on YouTube.
