Our free fitness-based yoga classes will tighten your core, improve your overall strength and flexibility, and make you feel good doing it!
Each class will help you strengthen and lengthen your body, and they are open to all levels—whether you are just beginning or are looking to bounce back into a strong routine. Classes are welcoming and accessible.
Every Friday at 9:00am we'll hold a 30 minute live vinyasa-based yoga class for you to complete and comment on.
