This challenge is all about keeping our minds healthy and centered and keeping our bodies and minds feel energized. All you have to do is register below, then COMMENT on all four of the MINDSET MONDAY posts. 

Each Monday, I'll post a MINDSET MONDAY post with a mindset/mindfulness prompt. Try the prompt and comment on all four posts to be entered to win a special giveaway (to be announced!).

Anyone can join the challenge—no yoga experience necessary or needed.

Her experiences in hatha yoga, power vinyasa yoga, Bikram yoga, Zen Barre, Ayurveda, and Kundalini yoga allow her to offer challenging and deeply renewing classes that are fun and down-to-earth. She strives to meet you where you are at and welcomes all levels, interests, and experiences—whether this is your first attempt at yoga or your thousandth.

A writer, artist, and mindfulness instructor, Aurora is a mama of two who is deeply inspired by wellness, nutrition, and nature. She loves connecting with people and loves helping women rediscover their inner confidence and learn to love their mind and body.
