Join our September yoga challenge for a chance to win our Core Strength for Women's Health yoga class pack. This is a collection of some of our favorite ways to help improve your core and tone your mid section. Each class will introduce you to movements essential for core health and look at ways to address some of the unique challenges women—and mothers—face like back pain, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor health.
