It's time to focus on your growth and worth. To dedicate time to becoming the a stronger, better version of yourself. 

Yoga Strong: Bootcamp and Challenge is a complete four week routine that will help you develop a stronger, tighter core and help you establish a consistent fitness routine. If you like yoga, pilates, and barre, you will love these classes. 

Each week, I'll provide you with a flexible schedule and classes to fit your interests, plus accountability, and challenges to help you stay on track. You'll get live classes like Yoga for Strength, an all-levels class that includes poses to tighten the core and strengthen your body, or Core Drills, a class that includes pilates techniques, core power yoga poses, and barre moves.

Plus, we'll hold check-ins to make sure you are hitting your goals, and an optional third class to complete the challenge and be entered to win a special giveaway. All classes can be done at your convenience—and I'll be here to help keep you on track.

You'll also get bonus classes for you to try to improve your breathwork, deep stretching, and meditations. 

That's not even all of it.

In addition to all of this, I am organizing a "Count-down to Clean," a step-by-step program to get you eating healthier and cutting out all of the junk. Think Whole30 or Paleo without the panic of trying to figure out what that means and with some Ayurvedic tips woven in there.

           Live classes will be Mondays & Thursdays at 4pm EST

           Challenge class will be Friday at 9am EST

Aurora has been practicing yoga for over twenty years and is committed to creating a welcoming environment in her classes. Her experiences in hatha yoga, power vinyasa yoga, Bikram yoga, Zen Barre, Ayurveda, and Kundalini yoga allow her to offer challenging and deeply renewing classes that are fun and down-to-earth. She strives to meet you where you are at and welcomes all levels, interests, and experiences—whether this is your first attempt at yoga or your thousandth.
