Join our Monthly Challenge!

Tighten your core, improve your overall strength and flexibility, and feel good doing it by trying our free fitness-based yoga classes this month.

Each class will help you strengthen and lengthen your body, and they are open to all levels—whether you are just beginning or are looking to bounce back into a strong routine. Classes are welcoming and accessible.

Every Friday at 9:00am we'll hold a 30 minute live vinyasa-based yoga class for you to complete and comment on to complete the challenge. All classes are held within our private FB group, Yoga for Core Strength & Fitness.

When you complete the challenge will be entered to win a special gift from a small business each month. This month, we are collaborating with another amazing small business (to be announced soon)!
