Option A is a camping option that includes a campsite with fire ring, picnic table, and shared air-conditioned bathrooms (with heated showers) plus all planning, professional adventure photography and videography, private yoga and bodywork, food, snacks, guides for rafting and climbing, tips, and transportation once there

 
Option B: $1694

Option B is a glamping option that includes shared accomodation in a glamping tent (queen bed), private bathroom and shower, A/C and heating, mini-frig, coffee pot, fire ring, picnic table, all planning, professional adventure photography and videography, private yoga and bodywork, food, snacks, guides for rafting and climbing, tips, and transportation once there

PLEASE NOTE: Please review our terms and conditions before booking. You must be physically able to participate in strenuous activities such as difficult hiking, whitewater rafting, zip-lining, canyoneering, rock climbing, biking, yoga, etc. in order to attend these trips and you do so at your own risk. Because of the nature of booking these retreats, there are no refunds. SPLIT PAY: If you select split pay, your first payment will save your spot, the second payment must be received by the time registration ends.

     Arrive at basecamp (late arrivals are okay, just let us know) 
     Set up camp 

     Dinner at the campsite

     Welcome activities
Friday, June 28:
     Whitewater rafting New River

     Lunch on the river

     Restorative yoga at campsite

     Dinner out 

     Free time: Option for live music

Saturday, June 29:

     Guided rock climbing and rappeling 

     Lunch at campsite

     Free time: Option to lounge at the pool 
     Sunset hike: Wild Rock

     Free time: Option for live music

Sunday, June 30:

     Morning Yoga

     Pack up camp

     Depart

Location  Our basecamp is located near Fayetteville, WV, approximately 45 minutes from Raleigh County Memorial Airport, 1 1/2 hours from West Virginia International Yeager Airport, and 2 1/2 hours from Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport. We'll be staying at an adventure resort with walkable restaurants, pool, and other facilities.

Don't have a tent set-up? You can request to rent a tent, sleeping pad, and sleeping bag from us for $50. Just reach out to womenswildernessweekends@gmail.com

Food and drink  We provide basic meals (think tacos, chili, pasta, sausage, etc.), snacks (energy bars, fruit, cheese, etc.), and n/a drinks (water, coffee, tea, seltzer) but you are welcome to bring anything you'd like. We will occasionally eat out at pubs, delis, pizza places, or informal lunch spots (we rarely change out of our hiking gear so fancy clothes are not necessary).
