Yoga Strong: Empowered is a complete four week wellness program that empowers you to take control of your life and find a fulfilling yoga and wellness practice.
Each week, I'll provide you with a flexible schedule and classes to fit your interests, plus accountability, and challenges to help you stay on track. You'll get live classes like Yoga for Core Strength, an all-levels class that includes poses to tighten the core and strengthen your body.
Plus, we'll hold check-ins to make sure you are hitting your goals. All classes can be done at your convenience—and I'll be here to help keep you on track.
You'll also get bonus classes like Breathwork & Gentle Yoga, a class that includes mindfulness techniques to relax and calm the nervous system, or Ayurvedic tips and recipes that address clean eating and living.
